In my group energy healing sessions, you’ll find a supportive environment where you can release the emotional burdens and energetic blockages that keep you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected.

Many participants arrive carrying feelings of self-doubt, stress, and feeling weighed down, yearning for a sense of peace and authenticity.

Through deep body relaxation and beautiful guided visualisations, we collectively clear negative energies and emotions and release inner limitations on the mental, emotional and energetic levels, helping each participant reconnect with their inner essence.

We meet live on Zoom, you will only see me on screen so you can keep a sense of privacy. Recordings will be available and the healing will be just as potent if you can't be at the session live.

I use my own channeled method of healing but I have many professional qualifications in energy healing too. I am qualified as a Divine I AM Transmission Practitioner and Intuitive Channel through The London College of Spirituality. I am also a qualified Geo Love Healing practitioner. I have been a Reiki practitioner for many years.
